I got into photography when I was 10 years old. My first photos were taken with my mom's digital camera while she was cutting a friend's hair. I was so proud of these photos, and decided that I wanted to be a photographer when I grew up. I took pictures of everything I saw, and collected vintage cameras. My love for it started to fade, as I got really into fashion and makeup. Little did I know that eventually I would be able to combine the three.

When I started my first year of college, I randomly decided to purchase my first dslr camera. The camera store I went to had a good deal on them and I knew that I already liked photography, so I figured why not? Once I started using it, I immediately fell back in love with the art of photography. It was different this time though. I saw a potential career with it. I quickly realized I wanted to be a fashion/portrait photographer.

Right now I'm still in college, so finding the time for photography is hard, but I'm so lucky to have many opportunities here that I wouldn't have anywhere else. I'm currently studying fashion merchandising at Kent State University. I love it here so much, and I'm so blessed to be able to study my passion.

Below are some of the first pictures I've ever taken, along with a pretty fashionable picture of my old dog, Princess. :)
